I have always enjoyed the seasons and always thought that a season made for a great theme for a painting. In keeping with the idea of the cast being lined up on stage, I decided to break it down further and try to make a month of the year the theme of the painting. The thing I really learned from this painting is that Indian Corn takes a whilie to paint.
